OeXYZ Console Client: stay connected, render nothing.
A native Minecraft Java client with a Windows GUI and a headless CLI for Windows and Linux. Version 1.3 adds native Linux builds, Docker, systemd and hardened operation without a game renderer or telemetry.
v1.3.0MIT
why
A real session without the overhead.
OeXYZ keeps a real Minecraft Java session connected without rendering the game world. Chat, commands, keepalive, respawn and controlled reconnect all run through the same shared session core.
The Windows GUI and the headless CLI for Windows or Linux ship as self-contained builds. Neither Java nor a separate .NET installation is required.
version 1.3
Linux in the terminal, premium over SSH, Windows GUI
The graphical Windows app remains fully included in version 1.3. Accounts, server profiles, groups, chat, player status and diagnostics work without a terminal.
The GUI screenshot is from v1.2 and is still part of v1.3.
features
For the desktop and for long-running sessions.
74 protocol versions
Standalone C# implementation for Minecraft Java 1.8 to 26.2, protocol 47 to 776, with automatic detection.
Windows GUI and headless CLI
A clickable interface on Windows and the same session core as a single file for Windows, Linux, servers and automation.
Terminal dashboard
Health, hunger, position, ping, uptime, reconnects, resources, traffic and events stay visible over SSH as well.
Local accounts and profiles
Windows protects sessions with DPAPI; Linux uses encrypted storage, private file modes and Microsoft device-code sign-in.
Operation without an open shell
Supervisor, systemd user service, Docker Compose, loopback health checks and controlled shutdown support long sessions.
Verified multi-arch releases
Self-contained packages for Windows and Linux on x64 or ARM64 with SHA-256 checksums, attestations and SBOM.
deployment models
From the terminal to the container.
Version 1.3 brings the same headless core to local shells, Linux services and hardened containers. The Windows GUI remains part of the release.
- Native binary: Self-contained builds for Windows x64/ARM64 and Linux x64/ARM64, without a separate Java or .NET installation.
- systemd user service: Readiness, watchdog, controlled restart and clean SIGTERM shutdown for unattended Linux sessions.
- Docker & Compose: AMD64/ARM64 image running as a non-root process with a read-only root filesystem and separate persistent volumes.
- Raspberry Pi: Native Linux ARM64 build for 64-bit systems; device-specific qualification on the Raspberry Pi 3 is still open.
